    there is an intro of no instruction you have to fast forward , a same warm up on every video , and not enough flow. i finish each video feeling like i haven’t done anything. i wonder if there is a decent video out there?

    These sequences are great for home practice. They are perfect for both beginners as well as advanced practitioners. They are perfect for every day practice. You can start your day off relaxed & energized or practice in the evening & relax your mind before retiring. Kate Potter's sequences are wonderful!

    Namaste Yoga is the reason I fell in love with yoga. The sequences are easy to follow and yet challenging. The pace is quick enough that you aren't bored but it still manages to be relaxing and peaceful. I love that my body feels stretched and relaxed immediately afterwards and the next day it feels the soreness that comes from a good workout.

    Namaste Yoga, Season 2 is an incredible extension of Season 1. The sequences get more challenging, and the style and positive energy is expanded. Great mix of standing and seated sequences.
