  • You skip around to the mile that you want.

I like this video but, I hate that you can't pick and choose what 10min. section that you want to do. The video goes straight through. You have to write down the start time of each segment. So that means you have to stop you're workout to do the miles that you want!

This is great for customizing a workout in increments of 10 minutes.

I love her concept! I have her original series with the 2 lb weights in vhs and a couple other DVD that I bought for $5 and I love the workouts. I just can't listen to her say the same thing for 45 mins. Every single day. I tried turning off sound but then you lose the beat! LESLIE PLEASE SHUT UP!! If Leslie can re make her original series without talking, I would gladly pay full price +.
  • Love It, but wish it had a timeline included, so here is the approximate times for each walk.

  • To break it into segments, here's how

I love Leslies videos, I own most of them. What you can do to break it into segments *Warning, this may take a little time to do*, take note of the start and stop times of each segment and the start and stop time of the cool down, save the video on a playlist via iTunes, one time for each segment, when it asks if you want to skip adding a repeated video/track click no. Next go back and edit the start and stop times for each segment you added so that only that segment plays when you select it on your iPod or iPhone, then rename the segment to either segment 1-10 or whatever name you want to give to each segment. Then make sure you label the Cool Down segment Cool Down. Lastly transfer the playlist you created on iTunes to your iPod or iPhone and voila...problem solved, timely but solved none the less.

I'm a former athlete, but in recent years I've had a child and some health issues, this a great workout for someone that has back or knee issues also. I thought I was buying a 10 minute workout but was happily surprised to see its an hour and 45 minutes and increases intensity with each workout. I love the pace and Leslie's energy and encouragement throughout the workouts. I don't feel pressure to push myself into an injury like a lot of other workout "gurus". Definitely going to purchase more workout from her.
  • Almost Useless

The workouts are great, unfortunately there is no navigation whatsoever. It’s one solid video with no way to move between segments which is the whole point to this program. Instead you have to write down the time starts for each of the 10 segments, stop your workout and cursor jump to the next segment you want. Ridiculous and not worth the 2 bucks :(
  • Two Buck Walk!

I paid $1.99 for ten 10 min segments. This is the perfect mid day office pick me up. I can shut my door and move those bored muscles then get right back to the desk. Classic Leslie energy, and music. This is better investment than a "Two Buck Chuck" from Trader Joes.

This is a fabulous video because you can tailor it to your schedule and workout style. Each segment is 10 minutes and so easy to do. Definitely glad I purchased this video!!!
