Emotional story that connects modernity with the pastural rigors of grasslands, nomads and the shared hardships among wildlife and humanity. Ferocious wolf culture and thoughtless humanity clash, but beneath the conflict wolf and man connect in a moving tale that is real and true. Makes one face the necessary understanding of the cycles of life and death, the challenges of wildlife and the simplicity of harmony. Opens our eyes to the wolf, as totem, indeed. Entertaining from beginning to end. The book is good also.

This film is like a cup of hot Mongolian milk tea, warm, natural and touching. It sinks deep down to your heart slowly. It is about love. Love between people, and love between a young man and a wolf.
