  • Excruciatingly disappointing

This movie, the stars and the script writer appear to deserve zero stars. Utter shame on the "professional" movie critics for even going as far as to give it 29% at the time of this writing. What did I get for a 99 cents rental fee and an hour plus of my time? An incoherent script interrupted by senseless texting moments, lack of substantive dialogue and storyline. Add nonexistent character development and boring scenery in a low budget, singular location and even pretty decent cinematography and fake sex scenes can't seem to provide relief.

imagine the most annoyingly self indulgent film you have ever seen. now multiple that x1000 covered in ladles of smug and lashings of irritation. just a few of the countless reasons that spring to mind why this monstrosity should be avoided at all costs. ..or watch it, and find yourself here, writing a review, wishing you could give something 0 stars.

Hard to imagine why all these incredibly talented actors signed on for this snooze. Had the plotting of a 15 minute short. Very disappointing waste of time.

This is one of the worst movies I have ever rented. The movie is nothing like the trailer. It was actually so boring that I also would like my money back. Total waste of time. We turned it off half way through!!!!
  • Really boring

The only good lines were taken from other writers, possibly because the screenwriter had nothing to say. Disjointed, vapid and tedious. Why did these actors agree to this?
  • It was good!

Maybe not great but excellent actors and Sam, Jake Katzman, is adorable.

Great cast. Liked the couple of tunes by the Minnie Driver character. Not a good story and not funny. Should have gone my first instinct and not buy it. Fine movie if it was on a weekend matinee, in a cable channel, while doing work around the house.
  • Sucked! The trailer lies!

This movie is nothing like what the trailer portrays. That was clearly intentional because the movie is not interesting. It's not about the bride, groom, and ex. It's about the family, and the movie focuses on them. Unfortunately, they're not funny or entertaining. I want my money and my time back!
