Let me preface… I am a huge Tarantino fan, however when I look at this movie objectively, I think it’s nearly flawless. The characters grab your attention. The cinematography is beautiful. The comedy, ‘romance’, and violence are all elements that not only have their place but are placed perfectly. Tony Scott does a wonderful job directing and the performances are top notch. I only wish Apple had the extras to this purchase!!!!!!
  • Another great Tarantino screenplay

God, Tarantino used up 90% of his originality in the 90s and 10% on Kill Bill. How people can’t see Hateful 8 is just Reservoir Dogs premise rebranded.
  • Date is wrong .old movie

What do you get when you get the top actors in hollywood, throw them on a wild ride on a trip towards death and nothing you get a wild ride and true romance is violent, romantic, funny and silly for what it is.

Cast- Storyline-Directing- cinematography You can say the movie isn’t your type, or the story is a little thicker than your skin, but if don’t like this movie your either too old or just you really shouldn’t review movies at all! Absolutely a brilliant masterpiece from the best at his best-

A movie that keeps you going Whaaaat? Seriously, When the “What’s your favorite movie” question comes up, I keep recommending it to people who have never heard of it. When I tell them the cast, writer & director. They look gob-smacked. One great scene after another!
  • Perfect

This is too much Tarantino for Scott and too much Scott for Tarantino. No question who wrote the script. You can almost hear him speaking the lines. Frankly, He thinks he's far cooler than he is and it comes through. I am curious about the Tarrantino Scott pairing. It would have been better if it had been Tarantino directing, regardless of his overly pungent script. This isn't Pulp Fiction or Kill Bill or Jackie Brown. It's okay but more about violence than story-telling.
