Book Club: The Next Chapter

I loved the movie. It was funny, easy and beautiful scenery.

This loving was so hard to sit through. The plot was not a plot. There is no story to be told here.

My fingers are crossed for a third installment, if not more! This was one of very few sequels that I actually enjoyed. The storyline was a perfect continuation of the last. It’s like “Under The Tuscan Sun” meets “Wine Country” meets “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2.” I genuinely enjoyed it, and I’m quite outside of their target demographic. If you loved the first one, you’ll love this one even more. Check it out 🇮🇹🫶🏻🇺🇸

Honestly, this is probably the worst movie I’ve ever paid to see. Ridiculous script, ridiculous storyline, poor acting, and quite frankly, just a bunch of very old actors tottering around Italy. In fact, Italy was the only thing going for this movie, the scenery is beautiful.
