Stanley Tucci stars as a man who surprises his former mistress (Alice Eve, Star Trek: In to Darkness), claiming to have left his wife. Before too long, a dark history between the two has come into focus. From Neil LaBute.
Loved it-intelligent and fun
i loved this. intelligent and had me and watching entire time.
Save your money
LaBute's dialogue often veers into more than casual misogyny and, at one point, the movie goes off the rails so far that I was disgusted. Some have called this surprise twist ending brilliant, but to me it just felt cheap. Further explanations would devolve into full-on spoiler territory but, fine acting aside, this is a story that should have remained untold.

One of the best movies of the year! Witty and very clever! It kept me sitting on the edge of my seat all the way through ! The acting is outstanding!!! A must see!

Neil LaBute respects his audience and delivers a smart "afternoon" of corrosive revelations and genuine human need - and just when you think you're comfortable - take the ride.
I think this is certainly worth a watch. It is thought provoking, and at times abrasive and uncomfortable. In this age of cell phones and screens I think we all have a lack of focus, but this film made me focus completely.
Some Velvet Morning
One of the smartest films I have seen in a long time!!!!!
