Description

In small towns, and along America's back road, treasures are waiting to be uncovered - valuable relics from our history that are hidden in junk piles, buried in barns and stacked in garages. It takes experts to find them - and turn rust to riches. American Pickers follows two of the most skilled "pickers" - Mike Wolfe, owner of Antique Archaeology, and his business partner, Frank Fritz - as they hunt down objects with historical, collectible and pop culture value that have been long forgotten by their owners. Along the way, they meet people whose own stories open a window into American lives and history.

26 NASCAR Challenge sync problem

Episode 26 freezes from 1:36 until 1:40 and it throws off the A/V sync for the entire episode. Please fix it!

I'm addicted to this show, can't get enough of it. I feel like I know Mike and Frank. Danielle is a saint for putting up with the two of them. They seem like wonderful people. I wish I could go on a pick with them.

Where did the last few episodes go?

There are 21 episodes in season 2 but for some reason only 15 are showing. Come on ITunes, fix your stuff.

iTunes is missing the episode "Fairlane Fever" which should be in between "What's in the box?" and "Too Hot To Handle" I purchased this season and it would be nice to be getting all of the episodes.

There are places I still remember, from my younger life, though some have changed, others still remain - to paraphrase a Beatles’ lyric. In each episode these two heros of heritage defy cobwebs and heat, dust and mold to bring light to the forgotten past we all share. Yes they get paid, by selling off their finds, but the paltry profits hardly cover the overhead of their efforts. I am a grateful viewer - an avid supporter of their ilk. Thanks Frank and Mike, for not just uncovering the recent past, but for sharing your finds with the rest of us. The bits of historical data that you include in each episode become the topping on your humorous antics and your amazing attitudes toward life.
