24, Live Another Day

I love this show!

24 is one of the best network shows ever. Shows like this need to be a bit cheaper since I love collecting both physical and itunes digital media.

jack is back and better than ever. there are ads included with the purchase BUT Gang related series premiere is no longer included. I just wanted to clarify for future customers

I love this show I've been into it since it started 9 years ago and I never stoped watching. the ending wasn't bad but not what I was expecting. if you watched the original show don't miss this you won't regreat it.

Love 24 but hate the FOX ads at the beginning and end of each episode. Dates the video. I paid for 24, not a promo reel.

…after watching the first two episodes, I kind of got the feeling that the production budget wasn’t really that big. Take the president’s limo for example, a Mercedes S class with the presidential seal? Seriously? Yes, it doesn’t really matter, the story is catching, though not really new or surprising and Jack Bauer delivers. I also don’t understand the choice of Yvonne Strahovski for the role of Jack Bauer’s clever opponent, I am sorry but while I liked her in Chuck, I really cannot identify her with her current role in 24. Maybe I get used to it but I don’t know, something just feels wrong. Chloe seems to be credible in her role, this seems to work. Also not a fan of that other dude (Erik) who is supposed to replace her (as a CIA field agent in the show), Gbenga Akinnagbe. Just not really fitting the role in my opinion. Maybe I just need to get used to the characters but so far, only Jack and Chloe, maybe also Tate Donovan (president’s son-in-law) and William Devane (president) delivered. I just hope that this show delivers a few surprises and that the whole (spoiler alert!!!)…drone story is just a cover-up for something much bigger. Otherwise I would be really disappointed. So far, four stars but if the story delivers some surprises and if the characters deliver, clearly a five star show and hopefully not the last season of 24. Update: After watching all the episodes, I have to say that I just realized how much I missed Jack Bauer. Not as good as the previous seasons, they probably were on a tight budget but definitely worth watching. Now if this show would start again with a bigger budget, I am quite sure it would rock. Let’s pray for a next season.
