Description

After over one hundred years of service, The Yankee Pedlar Inn is shutting its doors for good. The last remaining employees, Claire and Luke, are determined to uncover proof of what many believe to be one of New England’s most haunted hotels. As the inn’s final days draw near, odd guests check in as the pair of minimum wage ghost hunters begin to experience strange and alarming events that may ultimately cause them to be footnotes in the hotel’s long unexplained history.

    I remember this... 😥😰 and the trailer to the movie 🎥 still gives me deep chills...😰. When they say this and I quote “MOIVE “ is not yet rated and viewer disregrestion is “advised it means it has some intense scenes or it might not be suitable for the young audience under age like 12 or 14 15. When MOIVEs are reated “R” it’s for a good reason and it might feel mean when you’re Parents say no but there’s a good reason and lesion for and behind it for you.

    The Innkeepers is a slow burn. Don't expect cheesy jump scares and off-the-rails violence. The movie slowly amps the creep factor with a delioberate (sometimes maddening) pace leading up to a shocking ending. Solid entry...one of Ti West's best alongside The House Of The Devil.
