Description

What if your own family stood in the way of everything you worked for? Bobby Green (Joaquin Phoenix) has forsaken his name to escape his family and their tradition in law enforcement to pursue his ambitions as a Brooklyn nightclub owner.     It was such a powerful movie, I loved it! The plot was so realistic and intense it really showed the problems and struggles within the family!worth the money!

    I loved this movie. The acting was great and it was very emotional. I love gritty and it was a very gritty movie with a good story line. I can watch this movie over and over. The late 80's New York theme was a nice touch too.

    I thought this was a great movie. I mean the acting was great,and it was directed very well. Jaquin Phoenix did a fantastic job acting (as always).mark whaleberg and Robert Duvall did tremendous too. This movie was worth the $10 I paid for. If your wondering about buying this movie, you should it's a good one. And if you already did, Enjoy!

    this movie is in one word, horrible. duval actually is the one actor that carries the movie. and mark wahlberg is a total waste in this movie. if you're wanting to watch this movie because of him, don't waste your time he's barely in it. and if anything, rent don't buy...

    more and more good movies i see them for sale only and iam getting fed up with itunes. like this one for example.and the patriot and enemy of the state mission imposible 3 i had to but it. and since everyone is in kahoots to make a buck i think they do it on purpose.
